Shiny Happy People is a limited series that explores the dark secrets of the Duggar family, best known for the TLC reality series 19 Kids and Counting. It explores the family's ties to the Institute in Basic Life Principles and its controversial leader, Bill Gothard—going into depth on how the organization has influenced the Duggars and America at large. The graphics package was inspired by the prayer booklets and teaching materials given to the Institute in Basic Life Principles members at a young age.
